We've relocated the Import CSV button and all associated functionality into the Import history tab of the address book:
Clicking on the "Import history" tab will show a list of all previous CSV imports (if applicable) and enable the "Import new CSV" button.
Click the eye icon to the right of any previous CSV import to view a list of stops that are associated with that imported CSV:
From here, click "Add all to custom stops" to migrate the imported data from this CSV into the Custom stops tab of the address book for quick addition to routes:
Additional details on CSV import workflows, file format requirements, and working with imported custom stops can be found in the support article for this feature.
When exporting stops for a route, you can now optionally include the end location, when it is present on a route:
We've also added the ability to set a default sort option and direction for the Routes page (under EasyRoutes Settings -> General):
We've increased the level of detail and user control for orders and stops that have partial fulfillments, which can be particularly useful for orders that ship from different warehouse locations, or scheduled fulfillments (such as subscription orders) that will be delivered on any future date(s).
Once a route is created with a stop that contains a partial fulfillment, from the route page, all fulfilled and unfulfilled items included in that stop can be viewed by clicking the dropdown arrow in the Items column for that stop:
By clicking Actions > Edit stop and scrolling down to the stop's Advanced options settings, you can see which portion(s) of the order have already been fulfilled, which are scheduled (if applicable), and select any/all remaining items to be included in this stop's current fulfillment. You can also view each item's fulfillment location to determine which warehouse location the items are shipping from:
Once the stop has been fulfilled (depending on your EasyRoutes fulfillment settings, this may be manually triggered, or when a particular delivery status is applied to the order) the order page will now display any remaining unfilfilled items, and a breakdown of each past fulfillment, which items they contained, and which location they were fulfilled from:
The address book lets you manage your frequently used custom stops in EasyRoutes. Create address book entries with customer names, addresses, and manual items and you'll be able to easily add them to your new and existing routes.
The address book is accessible for planning new routes from the main Orders screen, as well as the Add orders tabs on Route and Group pages to add to your existing routes:
Within the address book dialog, you can add and edit entries, then use the checkbox(es) to select one or more and add to your route:
Frequently used entries can be pinned to the top of the address book by clicking the star icon to the left of an entry's name.
For full details on using the Address Book to import and save custom stops into EasyRoutes, see this support article.
*The address book feature is currently available for paid plans only.

- Require driver to add a note before they can mark as delivered
- Various bug fixes and improvements
We've moved our route options to a new, more configurable Route Options page. To change your options from the Orders page, click on the "Add/Edit Options" button under the map.
To change your route options when viewing a route, click on the Action menu under the map and select "Edit route options" at the top of the list.
Set different start and end points, maximum items, weights and more to tailor your routes according to your specific needs and preferences.
💡 Pro-tip: Click the star in the upper right hand corner of any option's panel to bookmark your favourite options and pin them to your order and route pages for quicker access!
Delivery location tracking is now available on Premium plans! You can view the GPS location of deliveries made by your drivers to confirm delivery accuracy. Tracked locations are available for review alongside any Photo Proof of Delivery & eSignature images from each stop's "Proof" panel when viewing your routes. Drivers must be using the latest version of EasyRoutes Delivery Driver to access this feature.
EasyRoutes Delivery Driver has been updated to 1.0.26 with various improvements and bug fixes. Dispatch messages are now delivered via push notifications when sharing a route for a better and more reliable experience, and URLs shared in notes can be opened as links in the browser for sharing information with your drivers.
We've removed the Edit button when viewing a route. You can still edit your routes the same way you used to, but you don't have to click a button to enter edit mode first now!
Here are more improvements that we've made to EasyRoutes:
To make fulfilling orders even more flexible in EasyRoutes, now you can select exactly when to mark your orders as fulfilled (e.g. fulfill orders when they are Delivered, or when they are marked as Out for Delivery) when you use EasyRoutes notifications.
You can also edit any stop and select when that particular stop should be marked as fulfilled, and you can also disable fulfillment completely if you want to fulfill orders outside of our app.
Find it in your EasyRoutes Settings > General.
Now you can plan routes using the delivery time window information collected from Shopify’s most popular date and time picker apps. Just set the start date and time in your Route Options when creating routes and we’ll detect any time window information and take it into account when optimizing stops.
Manually add custom items to any of the stops inside your route by editing the stop and filling out the Custom items form. And custom items will, of course, also show up in your driver’s app.
Now you can schedule routes at route creation. Setting a start time at this stage will take into account any time window information your orders have when we optimize your routes.
You can also set whether your routes should avoid u-turn and continue straight after making a stop.
Also, we've updated some of our other route options, and now you can set max duration, item and stop limits on a single route.
We’ve added a Delivery Status column to your routes page so you can see the status of your orders at a glance.
New features and improvements, including the ability to view inventory by stop order, see total drive time for each delivery, and view routes planned with the new time window feature. We have also addressed bugs and made performance fixes to make loading faster and scrolling smoother.
Here are more improvements that we've made to EasyRoutes:
We've added a powerful new tool to help with planning routes and prioritizing stops: Time windows. Now when you edit a stop you can specify any time constraints for that particular stop.
Once you schedule your route you can then use this feature to prioritize your stops. Time windows can also be open ended such as such as being set for 10:00 am or earlier, or 1:00 pm or later.
Once you've made your edits, re-optimize your route and EasyRoutes will minimize your overall driving time while making sure you meet your time window requirements.
We've rejigged and redesigned our settings to make things easier to find and understand.
We've also added a new Driver Settings tab with options that directly affect your drivers, such as requiring proof of delivery before they can mark an order as delivered.
We've added a tab to all route groups and routes that shows up if you have any rejected stops.
To make it easier to correct these issues we now show the reason why a stop was rejected. Just edit the stop to correct any errors and we'll help you add it back in to a route.
EasyRoutes now also allows you to customize which fields you want to export.
In addition to copying exported data to your clipboard, you can now export stop and route data directly to a downloadable CSV.
EasyRoutes Delivery Driver v1.0.18 offers new features and improvements including the ability to view inventory by stop order, see total drive time for each delivery, and view routes planned with the our new time window feature.
We have also squashed some bugs and made performance fixes to make loading faster and scrolling smoother.
We've redesigned the pages you see when viewing routes to make planning your deliveries even easier.
Apart from moving various elements around to make them more accessible, we've also added a couple cool new features we think you're going to like.
At the top of any route or route group you will now see some tabs:
The Stops tab shows the map and your list of stops. Here is where you can edit your routes before dispatching.
The route inventory which formerly sat way at the bottom of the page now has it's own Inventory tab.
And finally, we've added an Add Orders tab which allows you to visually add orders to routes without having to go back to the Select Orders page.
New EasyRoutes users will now see a Setup Guide that offers a step-by-step walk-through of how to get started with our app.
For those of you who are already using EasyRoutes, you can re-launch this Setup guide in your EasyRoutes settings if you would like a refresher!
Now when you import orders using a CSV you can preview them on a map first.
We've created a brand new live print preview mode where you can turn on/off the elements and information you want to see and view the changes live so you know exactly what is going to be printed.
To better support businesses delivering across time zones you can now specify a time zone when scheduling routes.
We've improved the "Add to existing route" page so that you can filter for the route that you're looking for, and review the orders that you want to send on a map.
We've also updated our "Send to routes" screen to make it easier to send orders from one route to another.
When you send orders to another route you also now have the option to send them over as new stops.
We've made our packing slips and printing labels more customizable, including the ability to specify a width for your store logo.
Create, save and re-use delivery zones on the map to better help with visual planning and route creation.
Click on the Delivery Zones icon to create a zone.
After saving your areas, you can access them by clicking on that same icon in the future. You can use your delivery zones as selection areas to keep or discard orders when creating your routes.
We've made a bunch of tweaks to make life easier for delivery drivers.
Our map's order selection tools are available on individual routes to make route editing even quicker.
Use these tools to quickly remove stops, send a selection of stops to another route, or send those stops to another route within the group.
This month we introduced a brand new look and feel to our EasyRoutes map to better help you plan and manage your orders.
Apart from being speedier and easier on the eyes, we've also added selection tools to help you plan visually on the orders dashboard.
Select individual orders or draw polygons to select a group of pins. Once you've made a selection you can choose whether to discard or keep only those orders on the map.
In your order page route options you can now pre-assign drivers to the routes you about to generate.
Customize all your options, save a Custom View, and the next time you are in EasyRoutes all you need to do is click on your View and hit the Create Routes button.
Sort and filter your orders by delivery dates collected through popular apps in the Shopify App Store on your Order Dashboard.
EasyRoutes now supports the following date collection apps:
EasyRoutes' tabs can now be found in your Shopify Admin sidebar (or at the top of the page in the Shopify app).
Pin our app to access your routes even quicker!
We've improved access to batch actions for route editing and added the ability to select and view a subset of orders in your orders page:
We've added a small indicator letting you know if any of the stops in your route are at the same location (your driver also sees this information in their driver app).
For Premium Plan users working with orders outside of Shopify, you can now drag and drop your CSV orders into EasyRoutes.
We will also attempt to re-use your mapped columns if you are uploading a file of the same column format as your previous upload.
We've redesigned our Select Orders page and have turned it into an powerful Orders Dashboard designed to help make route creation even easier and faster.
Across the top are tabs representing your custom saved views.
Each view saves your route options and order filters. The next time you click on a tab, all the relevant orders will automatically be added to your map. Just click the Create Route button to continue!
Prefer not to auto-add stops to your map? You can turn this feature off in your General Settings.
We've expanded our EasyRoutes custom SMS delivery notifications to international customers on our Premium plans.
Choose which delivery events you want to send a notification for and customize all of the text. You can even send a message when your driver is a certain number of stops away.
Learn more about pricing and availability from this support article.
You can now make it so that drivers are required to capture a photo and/or e-signature as proof of delivery before they can mark an order as delivered.
Using our custom email notifications, you can now send the "Ready for Delivery" email manually without fulfilling your orders first or at the same time. When this email notification is turned on you a button is added to your Route page.
Click the button at any time to trigger this email notification for all the orders within that route.
Apart from small bug fixes and UI improvements, we've also...
