New mobile feature: stop re-ordering

We've added a new feature to the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app, allowing drivers to manually re-order stops on routes dispatched to them. This feature is disabled by default, but can be enabled from your EasyRoutes Settings > Driver settings tab, by enabling the Allow driver to reorder stops checkbox within the Driver app settings card.
