New feature: route tags

If you have feedback or suggestions, please reach out — we'd love to hear from you!

Introducing route tags: a new EasyRoutes feature used to categorize routes, improve filtering behaviour to find specific types of routes, and to split out detailed Analytics reports using tag filters. Use tags to classify routes by vehicle type, service standard, geographical area, or any other metric useful to your operations - the sky's the limit!

Route tags can be added or removed in bulk from the Routes page, the All routes view of any Route Group, or directly from any individual route's page. Applied route tags currently display at the top of any individual route (as shown above), as well as within the Tags column of the Routes page & All routes view of any Route Group. Route tags can also be used as convenient reference markers for filtering Analytics reports, allowing users to filter any Analytics breakdown to only display routes tagged with specific criteria.

Full details and sample screenshots of how to add, edit, and view route tags across EasyRoutes can be found in the support article for this new feature.
