The majority of EasyRoutes’ core route planning and optimization features are included in both products, including our intuitive user interface, customizable route options, and visual route planning via map views.
EasyRoutes features that rely on Shopify-native functionality or APIs (such as Shopify email & SMS notifications, order tags, subscription order generation, and fulfillment workflows) are not currently available on EasyRoutes for Web. Select EasyRoutes automation tools (including import automation rules and the Route Assistant) are also currently exclusive to EasyRoutes for Shopify.
SMS usage fees and monthly pricing tiers are identical for both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, with the exception of our Free monthly pricing tier, which is currently only available on EasyRoutes for Shopify. EasyRoutes for both platforms continues to offer a free 14-day trial of any pricing tier for new users to give all of our advanced features a test drive.
Both platforms function on the same driver seat model, where you only pay for the number of drivers that are active in your account at any time. EasyRoutes for Shopify uses Shopify’s native billing tools for all subscription and SMS usage top-ups and monthly invoicing. EasyRoutes for Web functions on the same principles, but uses an independent billing provider offering industry-standard security and encryption for all transactions.
You can try any of our plans for 14 days by installing EasyRoutes by Roundtrip on the Shopify App Store or by signing up for EasyRoutes for Web.
If you cancel anytime during your trial you won't be billed. If you continue, your subscription starts when your trial period ends.
You can add, remove, and switch drivers in a way that is flexible with your business at anytime from within EasyRoutes. If you need more active drivers, then you'll need to add more drivers on your plan. Learn more in this EasyRoutes help article.
You can change your plan at any time in your EasyRoutes settings by following the instructions in this EasyRoutes help article. Any active drivers you have on your current plan will also be changed to the new plan's monthly price.
At this time, EasyRoutes for Web does not natively support third-party app or API integrations. Users who rely on third-party integrations can consult the EasyRoutes for a current list of all third-party integrations available on EasyRoutes for Shopify.
