🧾 Route Summary
Review your delivery route before you start it. See when the route is scheduled to leave, how many stops the route contains, and how long it is estimated to take to complete. Tap the green "Start Delivery" button to begin your route. This will trigger any Out for Delivery notifications you have turned on for your customers and take you to your first stop. Beneath the map are tabs to view your list of stops and your route inventory. There are shortcuts to update the order status and get quick directions if needed.
📍 Stop Summary
Your Stop Summary view puts all the information and tools you need right at your fingertips to make a successful delivery. Tap the "Get Directions" button to open the stop in your favourite navigation app (Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps). Review any important notes before making the delivery and see what items are to be dropped off. At the bottom of the stop summary are options to add proof of delivery and update the order status. Tap the button to mark the order as delivered and move on to the next stop!
📦 Route Inventory
At the bottom of each stop are the buttons to update the delivery status of your order. Tap Mark as Delivered if the delivery was successful. If you are unable to deliver an order, tap the "Attempted" button. Any order status updates are synced back to Shopify instantly, and as a store owner you can view the real-time status of your deliveries when viewing any of your routes in EasyRoutes.
🗺️ Get Directions
Get there faster with EasyRoutes Delivery Driver. Tap the "Get Directions" button to open up the stop in your favourite navigation app (Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps). Take advantage of live traffic data and dynamic routing to get you from stop to stop quicker. You can also get directions to any stop on your Route Summary screen.

📸 Proof of Delivery
Give (and get) peace of mind with EasyRoutes Proof of Delivery features. When your driver makes a delivery, they can add multiple photos (e.g. showing an order before packing, after packing, and dropped-off), capture an e-signature where the customer can sign right on the driver's phone, and/or add a delivery note with any additional information your driver would like to share. Share any delivery photos with your customers by including them in your delivery notifications and on the customer's order tracking page.
