How EasyRoutes transformed Misa Christmas Trees' delivery operations

Since then, four generations of the Misa family have been growing and selling Christmas trees and the farm has quickly grown to become Auckland's favourite place to buy Christmas trees. An important part of Misa's business involves the delivery of Christmas trees. As you can imagine, a lot of deliveries need to be packed into a short festive season, and the team at Misa was spending hours a week planning their routes.

“All our orders were maintained in spreadsheets, and everything we did was very manual. We needed to manually enter order details into a spreadsheet then look at a map and figure out the best route, then last minute changes would be made by pen,” says Mike Fuyala, Owner.
