Since our last monthly update, we've been working on some exciting new features and enhanced functionality for EasyRoutes to further streamline your deliveries on Shopify. Here's some of the highlights from July.
We're thrilled to announce the launch of a new addition to EasyRoutes - Analytics!
Access the new Analytics tab from your EasyRoutes navigation menu to view detailed historical data for all routes, deliveries, and drivers that have been processed via EasyRoutes in the past two years. Use the dropdown menus and date picker at the top of the page to set the date range, compare period, driver breakdown, and trend line type for the charts and reports shown below:
Hover over any bar within each report for a breakdown of the data for each period, or click the title of any chart for full details on each data point and compare period.
Use the Print icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Analytics dashboard or any report page to generate a printer-friendly version of each report. Use the Customize button in the same corner of the page to enable dragging handles on each report's card - click and drag cards around to re-sort their order to best suit your reporting needs.
We've also added a new analytics summary card at the top of your Routes page - click any of the listed statistics to quickly jump to the matching analytics report:
For full details on the different types of reports, trend line options, and how to work with EasyRoutes analytics, see the support article for this new feature.

π« Improvements to Rejected Stops
We've made several improvements to rejected stop workflows, making it easier to access, manage, and resolve any issues preventing stops from being successfully routed - including support for combined rejected stop functionality for Route Groups.
EasyRoutes will continue to notify users of any rejected stops on route creation with a banner at the top of the Route Page. Click into the Rejected stops tab to see these stops and the reason for their rejection:
Individual stops on a route or route group can now be manually rejected, removing them from their current route and sending them to the Rejected stops tab for further, centralized review. Use the checkboxes to select stop(s) for rejection, and select Reject stops from the More actions button that appears at the bottom of the page:
All manually and automatically rejected stops are listed in the Rejected stops tab for further review, and can be added back to the route once any issues have been resolved:

β New Bulk Actions
We've added the ability to apply a delivery status (i.e. Mark as Ready for delivery, Mark as Delivered, etc.) to multiple stops in a route in bulk.
When viewing a route, use the checkboxes to select any stops you'd like to update the delivery status for. Β Click the More actions button from the menu at the bottom of the page, and select the delivery status you'd like to apply to these stops:
We've also enabled the ability to add a stop note to multiple stops in a route in bulk.
When viewing a route, use the checkboxes to select any stops you want to add a stop note to. Click the More actions button and select Edit stop notes:
Note: Adding stop notes in bulk will overwrite any existing stop notes associated with the selected stops.
Finally, we've added a new Stops tab to the All routes view of Route Groups, providing a quick way to review the details of every stop contained within the group:
Use the checkboxes to select stops from any route within the group. From the menu that appears at the bottom of the page, use the action buttons to send stops in bulk to a new route, remove stops from their current route, or reject the selected stops for further review on the group's Rejected stops tab.
For full details on all available actions that can be performed on stops, routes, and route groups in bulk, see our Bulk Actions support article.

π± EasyRoutes Delivery Driver v1.0.45
The EasyRoutes Delivery Driver mobile app for both iOS and Android devices has been updated to version 1.0.45. This release largely consists of minor improvements and bug fixes, and users should not experience any noticeable impact when interacting with the app compared to the previous version.

Other product updates (π there's some good stuff in here!)
Priority status for stops can now be toggled individually or as a batch between high, standard (default), and low.
New order automation rule outcome to automatically mark stops as high or low priority based on order and/or customer tags.
Proof of Delivery items (photos, eSignatures, and/or driver notes) can now optionally and individually be included on printed packing slips.
Driver Tasks added to custom saved stops will now persist across any future routes these saved stops are added to.
Fix for inconsistent map display and packing label variables on route printouts under certain circumstances.
